Friday, Oct 11

6:30 - 9:00 pm Central time - opening meeting

 

Saturday, Oct 12

10:30 am -12:30 pm  Central time - Large Group Themed Sitting. Gazing followed by presentation and discussion.

We expect all participants to attend these morning meetings

Theme and teachers to be announced

 

12:30 - 2:30 pm Central time - lunch break

 

2:30-5:00 pm Central time - small groups

4-6 participants meet with teachers/mentors for personal share time.

We expect all participants to attend the small groups.

 

7:15 - 8:15 pm Central time - Creative expressions hour -  A fun-filled time connecting with participants. MCed by Fax Glibert.  Please join us to share a song, a poem, a joke or visual creative expression.

 

Sunday, Oct 13

10:30 am -12:30 pm  Central time - Large Group Themed Sitting.

Gazing followed by presentation and discussion.

We expect all participants to attend these late-morning meetings.
